General rules that apply to all play

We hold a gaming licence for the games offered on this site and we verify the identity of every account holder. Play is for adults aged 18 or over only. By placing a bet you confirm that you accept these rules, the Terms & Conditions and the rules of the specific game you are playing.

  • One account per player. You may hold only one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided.
  • Your account is personal. You must not allow anyone else to use your log-in details or to play on your behalf.
  • You play with your own funds. Bets are funded from the real-money balance or the bonus balance shown in your account at the time the bet is placed.
  • Stakes are taken when the round starts. The stake leaves your balance at the moment you confirm the bet, not when the result appears on screen.
  • Bets are final once placed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed because of a change of mind, a mis-click or an unwanted result.

Where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are available, the order in which they are used is set by the bonus terms and is shown in the cashier. Any winnings are credited to the balance that funded the bet.

Please check your stake before you confirm

We cannot refund a stake that was placed at the wrong amount, on the wrong game or by mistake. Many games let you set a default stake, and you can set deposit and loss limits at any time from the limits shown in your account.

How bets and spins are settled

Every game outcome is produced and recorded on the game server, not on your device. The result held by the game server is the only valid record of a round and is final for all purposes, including the amount paid. If the screen in front of you shows something different from the server record - because of a graphics fault, a cached page or a delay on your connection - the server record applies.

Each game is settled according to its own rules and paytable. These are available from the help or information screen inside the game, and we recommend that you look over them before your first bet on any title you have not played before.

What you are looking forWhere it is shown
Paytable, winning combinations and symbol valuesThe help or paytable screen inside the game
Minimum and maximum stake for the gameThe stake selector and the game help screen
Return to player (RTP) percentageThe game help or information screen
Game-specific side bets and optional featuresThe rules section of that game

The theoretical return to player figure is published in each game and describes the long-run average return across a very large number of rounds. It is not a promise about any single session, day or sequence of spins. Results are independent of one another: a previous outcome has no effect on the next one, and no pattern, stake size or timing changes the odds of a game.

Winnings are credited to your account once the round is complete and settled. Withdrawals of those winnings follow the rules in the Terms & Conditions, including the identity and payment checks we are required to carry out.

Malfunctions, errors and interrupted games

A malfunction voids all pays and all play. If a game, a feature or the system supporting it does not work as intended - for example, a round is paid at the wrong amount, a result is generated incorrectly, a paytable is displayed wrongly, or a game is made available when it should not have been - the affected round or rounds are void. Any stake taken for a void round is returned to your account and any amount credited in error is removed.

This applies however the error arises and whether it is noticed immediately or some time later. We do not treat an amount paid by mistake as winnings, and we may correct a balance that has been affected by an error.

If you are disconnected mid-round

  1. Log back in and open the same game. Most games will resume an unfinished round exactly where it stopped.
  2. Where a round cannot be resumed, it is settled automatically on the game server using the result already generated, and your balance is updated.
  3. Free spins, bonus rounds and other features that were in progress are normally restored when you reopen the game.
  4. If your balance does not look right once the round has been settled, write to us with the details set out below.

Connection problems on your side

A dropped connection does not cancel a bet that has already been confirmed. The round continues on the game server and is settled there, so the outcome is the same whether or not you were watching the screen.

Playing with bonus funds

Where a bet is funded from a bonus balance, the bonus terms apply in addition to the rules on this page. Those terms are shown with the offer before you take it and are also available from your account, and they set out how the bonus works, what has to be completed before funds can be withdrawn, and how long you have to do it.

  • Maximum stake. While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet applies. It is shown in the bonus terms for that offer.
  • Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some are excluded altogether. The contribution table for the offer is published with it.
  • Excluded play. Low-risk, covered or equal-side betting patterns designed to clear wagering without real risk are not permitted and may void the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Order of play. Where you hold both real and bonus funds, the balance used first is set out in the bonus terms.
  • One bonus at a time. Unless an offer says otherwise, a new bonus cannot be started while another is still being played through.

If a bonus condition is broken, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Your own deposited funds are not affected by this and remain available to you.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are streamed from a studio and run to a timer. Each table has its own rules, stake range and side bets, which you can open from the help or information button at the table. Please go through them before you take a seat, as the detail varies between tables of the same game type.

  • Betting time is limited. Bets must be placed and confirmed before betting time closes. A bet that is not confirmed in time is not accepted and is returned to your balance.
  • Late or incomplete bets do not stand. Chips left unconfirmed when the round starts are not in play, and nothing is paid on them.
  • The dealer's call stands. Decisions made at the table by the dealer, including on card placement, misdeals and the point at which betting closes, are final for that round.
  • Misdeals and void rounds. Where a round cannot be completed correctly, it is void and all stakes for that round are returned.
  • Conduct at the table. Chat is moderated. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may lead to chat being disabled or the table being closed to you.

Where the video stream is interrupted but the round continues, the round is settled on the result recorded by the game server and the outcome is shown in your account history.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you think a bet has been settled incorrectly, start with your account history, which lists each round, the stake, the outcome and the amount paid. If the entry still does not look right, contact us and we will look into it.

Write to support@casinolottogo.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and include the following details in your message:

  1. The name of the game or live table you were playing when the problem happened.
  2. The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are quoting.
  3. The round or transaction reference shown for that round in your account history.
  4. The stake you placed and the amount you expected to be paid.
  5. A short description of what happened on screen.

We will acknowledge your message, check the server records for the round and come back to you with the outcome. The server record is the evidence we rely on. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains the next steps, including how to take the matter to the independent body that handles disputes for us.

Staying in control

Gambling should stay enjoyable. You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from all licensed online operators in Great Britain at once.
